Our Story
Paragon began with a simple but powerful realization: many high-net-worth individuals were forced to choose between two imperfect options—large institutions offering advanced strategies with impersonal service, or smaller firms offering personalized attention but lacking sophisticated tools.
Our founder, Allen, recognized this gap while serving as a Vice President in personal financial management at one of the world’s leading investment banks. He saw how elite strategies could drive exceptional outcomes, but also how these resources were often inaccessible to everyday investors. Just as troubling were the embedded conflicts of interest that could compromise client trust.
Motivated to change this, Allen founded Paragon to deliver a better model—one that blends the institutional sophistication of Wall Street with the independence and transparency of a fiduciary firm.
What started with one advisor’s conviction has grown into a team of seasoned professionals dedicated to bringing clarity, strategy, and integrity to wealth management.
